So today we went to Coromandel Peninsula (well we also went to Monte Cecilia but this is the more interesting part). And it was so amazing! I can understand why they used that setting in The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian, it was so magical.

We're all big fans of the Narnia-series so we had a bit of a fangirl moment knowing that they filmed there xD We kinda hoped that we would eventually end up in Narnia if we went through it a couple of times…but no such luck. I guess that was as close as we'll ever get to Narnia (if you don't count the other Narnia locations we'll be visiting).
And this was only our first stop when it comes to Narnia sightseeing, they filmed more on the South Island than they ever did on the North Island.

Now I'm heading to bed, it's almost midnight here…
